Very easy and quick to make in a blender, our version brings a reduced amount of this sauce, ideal for you to make at home in this quarantine and serve with homemade snacks!

Ingredients to make carrot sauce for country dumpling:

 1 medium carrot unit

 1 unit of onion

 1 bay leaf

 1 tablespoon of oregano

 6 tablespoons of oil

 6 tablespoons of vinegar

 salt

 chili

How to Make Carrot Sauce for Country Dumpling:

Separate the ingredients. In this recipe, white vinegar is traditionally used, but as we didn't have it here at home, we replaced it with red wine vinegar and it worked really well too!

Tip: Another option is to use lemon juice instead of vinegar.

Wash, peel and chop the carrots. Beat the carrots together with the other ingredients in a blender or a multiprocessor and season to taste with salt and pepper.
